The return and exchange policy is valid for 14 business days from the moment of receiving the product.
Products will only be accepted in their original packaging and on the condition that they have not been used.
Icebox reserves the sole discretion to determine whether a product has been used.
If more than 14 business days have passed since receiving the product, no exchange, refund, or credit will be provided.
Order cancellations and refunds will only be processed 2 business days after receiving the returned product.
If more than 2 business days have passed since receiving the product, refunds will no longer be available, but store credit may be issued for future redemption.
